STORE POLICIES
Delivery Terms
Shipments of prints and items marked as being in my personal inventory will be shipped within three business days of the order.
Shipments of apparel, accessories, and home goods marked as fulfilled by Printful will be submitted to Printful’s drop-shipping service within three business days of the order and will be fulfilled per Printful’s printing and shipping turnaround times.
Item Requests
I am happy to consider requests for new items or special-order prints to be added to the store.
Special order items will require an upfront purchase. Please allow an additional week-two weeks of turnaround time to receive a special order item.
Commissions are a separate entity from special order items. Commissioners will receive a separate contract outlining the terms and conditions of the commission.
Payments
Payments are processed through Paypal and/or Square and are applicable to the third party service requirements and standard pre-authorization checks
By placing an order on this site you warrant that i. all payment information provided by you is truthful and accurate, ii. the credit card or payment app you use to pay for your order has sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction.
Upon successful checkout, your payment method will be charged for the full transaction amount.
Limitations of Liability
Neither we nor you shall be liable to the other for special or consequential damages or for damages for loss of use arising directly or indirectly from any breach of contract, material or otherwise, or from any tortious acts or omissions of their respective employees and agents.
In no event shall the liability of our company exceed the price of the defective product or of the product subject to late delivery
If we furnish you with advice or other assistance concerning any product supplied by our store or any system or equipment in which any such product may be installed, the furnishing of such advice or assistance will not subject us to any liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence and strict liability), or otherwise.

This website and store is run through Squarespace and is also subject to their terms and conditions.
Carmanda Arts Things attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Carmanda Arts Things does not warrant that product descriptions and website content is accurate, free of errors, complete or current. If any product ordered from Carmanda Arts Things that you receive isn’t described as shown on Carmanda Arts Things, it can be returned – unused – as described in our returns policy.
